Sobre a oportunidade
We are looking for a Chief AWS DevOps Engineer to lead shared cloud platform services and deliver consistent developer experiences aligned with CCoE standards. You will treat the platform as a product, shipping reusable building blocks, paved roads, and golden paths across product and application teams. Responsibilities Design reusable platform capabilities, including shared services, standard compute patterns, and golden baselines, to enable safe and fast workload onboarding Operate and improve centralized services such as logging, monitoring, secrets, identity, file transfers, and key management Create paved roads and golden paths in partnership with product teams, security, and operations Coordinate with Cloud DevOps/Automation engineers to codify platform interfaces in IaC and pipelines Optimize platform reliability, scalability, resilience, and developer experience through continuous improvements Represent the voice of the client to prioritize platform features and lifecycle investments Verify platform capabilities align with security, compliance, and enterprise architecture guardrails Requirements Hands-on cloud engineering experience of 7+ years, paired with a product/platform mindset Deep expertise in AWS compute, storage, networking, and managed services, including EKS, ECS, and Lambda Expert-level knowledge of AWS managed services such as EC2 and RDS Strong foundation in designing shared services for logging, monitoring, and secrets management Background with centralized integrations including Transfer Family, KMS, and IAM federation Familiarity with security-by-design practices, including IAM roles and SSO/OAuth integrations Clear understanding of SIEM feeds and policy-as-code approaches Experience defining platform APIs/interfaces and partnering with DevOps/IaC teams to automate adoption Client-focused mindset with excellent stakeholder communication skills English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher We offer International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Healthcare benefits Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn EPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
