HubSpot Administrator / Developer (Remote) We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Administrator / Developer to own and optimize our HubSpot ecosystem, supporting Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service operations. This role will lead CRM configuration, marketing automation, reporting, integrations, and platform governance while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable business solutions. Key Responsibilities Administer and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub, Service Hub, CRM, and Sales Hub. Design and maintain marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, segmentation, and nurture campaigns. Configure CRM objects, pipelines, deal stages, custom properties, and data mappings. Build reports, dashboards, and performance attribution models. Manage integrations, APIs, webhooks, and third-party connectors. Establish data governance standards, permissions, data quality, and deduplication processes. Troubleshoot platform issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Create documentation, training materials, and provide user enablement. Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies and work effectively within distributed teams. Required Qualifications 6+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience. HubSpot Inbound Certification. Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub, Service Hub, CRM, Sales Hub, Workflows, and Reporting. Strong experience with marketing automation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and customer lifecycle management. Experience with HubSpot integrations, APIs, webhooks, and third-party platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with data governance, CRM architecture, and business process alignment. Experience working in Agile environments. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with HubSpot APIs, webhooks, CMS integrations, chat tools, forms, and data warehouses. Experience supporting remote global teams. Knowledge of security, compliance, and data privacy best practices. Job Type: Contract Pay: R$15,000.75 - R$19,000.25 per hour Work Location: Remote
