Lead Fullstack Developer

We're looking to add a Lead Fullstack Developer to our growing team. This role bridges strategic business goals with day-to-day technical execution across a geographically dispersed, cross-departmental organization. You'll bring structured engineering discipline to ambiguous, rapidly evolving problems, while playing a hand in shaping how the company embraces emerging technology. This is a chance to genuinely influence how enterprise systems expand and integrate with one another Responsibilities Partner closely with product owners and stakeholders across IT, Sales, Finance, and HR, aligning schedules to allow for direct, real-time teamwork Transform loosely scoped internal use cases into solid architecture plans, UX/flow blueprints, API contracts, and a build-ready backlog for the India-based delivery team Build and link agentic workflows across enterprise tools such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Glean, and Oracle HCM Lead the charge on complicated integration efforts, including authentication configuration, MCP tool access, data contract creation, RBAC structuring, error handling, and go-live transitions Check in daily with the India-based pod to clarify open questions, review pull requests, clear integration obstacles, and protect the quality bar before release Create prototypes as required, covering UI elements, agent flow logic, or MCP/LLM integration paths, then hand off a production-ready backlog to the India team Weave security, observability, and reusability considerations into every build so agents become lasting solutions instead of disposable demos Requirements Over five years of applied, relevant full-stack development experience, backed by an active, current delivery history At least a year's worth of experience guiding and managing development teams Advanced skill with TypeScript/JavaScript alongside a current frontend framework such as React or a similar tool Robust backend development expertise using Node.js or Python, together with strong capabilities in API and integration design Solid history of shipping AI/LLM-based solutions, including tool calling, RAG, agent architectures, MCP, prompt workflows, or comparable hands-on delivery Track record turning insights from stakeholder workshops into workable architecture and a practical, buildable backlog Direct AWS delivery experience spanning Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, IAM, and CloudWatch, along with enterprise-grade authentication methods such as SSO/Okta and RBAC Effective communicator able to steer technical conversations in English alongside US-based stakeholders, with working fluency at B2 level or above, turning business requirements into agentic architecture designs Nice to have Familiarity with MCP gateways, LLM gateways, model routing mechanisms, policy/audit systems, and cost/usage tracking tools Experience deploying OpenTelemetry or similar observability platforms to track agent traces, tool call activity, latency, and failure events Hands-on background with platforms like Salesforce, Gong, Clari, Glean, ServiceNow, Oracle HCM, Concur, or comparable HR/IT solutions History of converting internal platforms or early-stage prototypes into dependable, enterprise-ready production systems We offer International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Healthcare benefits Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn EPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
