Your Responsibilities Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners; Advise on multi-cloud connectivity, secure cloud access, and network optimization; Conduct customer meetings, technical workshops, presentations, and product demonstrations; Translate business requirements into tailored technical architectures and solutions; Prepare technical proposals and presentations, including ROI/TCO; Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Service teams; Support technical discussions throughout the pre-sales cycle; Work with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, SD-WAN, SASE, and other cloud and interconnection technologies. What is important to us Minimum 5 years of professional experience in technical pre-sales, cloud connectivity, enterprise networking, or interconnection; Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to both engineers and business decision-makers; Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills; Customer-first and collaborative mindset; Business fluency in Portuguese and English; Availability to visit customers and prospective clients as required.
