Senior Software Engineer

Senior Software Engineer | 100% remote (Brazil) | PJ (Long-Term) Join engineering team to build and improve the backend services and internal tooling that power our business. You'll own meaningful features end to end — designing, building, and shipping production-ready services and internal web apps — while partnering with product, design, and engineering leadership to shape systems that are reliable, secure, and easy to extend. Mandatory Skills: Java/Kotlin, Ruby and React What You'll Do Ship backend services and internal tooling across our stack: JVM (Java, Kotlin), Elixir, Ruby, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Kafka, AWS/Lambda, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB. Influence architecture and technical standards for the systems you own. Review PRs, pair with teammates, and use metrics and incidents to improve reliability over time. What You'll Need 3+ years of software engineering experience building production-ready web apps and backend systems. Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Elixir, Ruby, JavaScript, or similar; readiness to work on JVM services when needed. Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, TypeScript, event-driven architectures (Kafka), and GraphQL. Experience influencing technical direction, not just executing tasks.
