This will significantly increase your chances of success About the Opportunity We are looking for a Senior OutSystems Developer to join a development team responsible for designing, building, testing, deploying and supporting new and existing software solutions. This position requires hands-on experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC) and a proven track record of delivering projects using the AI-assisted capabilities of OutSystems Mentor. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy and support OutSystems applications. Work across front-end and back-end development. Lead development teams and mentor other developers. Contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle. Use OutSystems Mentor to accelerate user stories, generate applications, assist coding and support refactoring. Promote productivity and development-quality improvements. Collaborate with technical and business teams in an Agile environment. Mandatory Requirements More than six years of software development experience. At least two years of experience as a Tech Lead. Proven experience leading teams and mentoring developers. Hands-on experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC). Strong OutSystems front-end and back-end development skills. Practical experience with OutSystems Mentor throughout the development lifecycle. Experience with Agile methodologies. Portuguese and English proficiency at C1 level or above. Ideal Candidate Profile You are a senior OutSystems professional who combines strong hands-on development skills with technical leadership experience. You have delivered projects using ODC and OutSystems Mentor and can guide teams while contributing directly to development and continuous improvement.
