Front-End & Growth EngineerThe Role We're looking for someone who can take designs live and own the full experimentation loop, from building and launching A/B tests to measuring whether they worked. This is an implementation-first role with real engineering depth. You'll work across Webflow, Heyflow, run experiments in VWO, wire up tracking and lifecycle events (Klaviyo, BigQuery), and close the loop with reporting that actually drives decisions. We have a strong preference for someone who can operate end-to-end. You'll have a full stack developer to collaborate with, but the less you depend on them, the better. Time commitment: Full time. You should expect to regularly work 60 or more hours per week, because exceptional outcomes require exceptional effort. You respond with urgency when the situation requires it, including outside normal working hours. What You'll Do Implementation Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive experiences in Webflow and Heyflow Build and maintain pages, funnels, and interactive components across platforms Experimentation & CRO Set up and run A/B tests in VWO, including pricing tests, cross-sell/upsell offers, and conversion funnel experiments Partner with head of growth to define the right metrics before a test launches, capture them correctly, and declare winners based on data Tracking Capture new events (e.g., marketing consent) and maintain a clean, reliable tracking layer Instrument tracking via GTM across Google Ads and/or Google Analytics depending on the needs of each test. Lifecycle Instrument events via GTM and pass them correctly into Klaviyo and BigQuery Support lifecycle triggers and cross-sell/upsell flows in Klaviyo Analytics & Reporting Build and maintain dashboards (from BigQuery) that show funnel performance and experiment results Skills Need To Have 3+ years of production front end, react and next.js experience. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, strong fundamentals, not just platform familiarity Webflow (CMS, responsive design, custom code) VWO or equivalent A/B testing platform Browser internals: cookies, URL params, session/local storage, and how they interact with tracking GTM and advanced event tracking BigQuery and SQL, enough to model experiment metrics and build dashboards Klaviyo, event passing, flow logic Cross-browser/device QA Experience using TDD across both front and backend systems. Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication. Prefer Candidates That Also Have The more of these you have, the more you can own end-to-end. We're looking for someone eager to build new skills, expand their ownership, and grow their impact on the team. Microservices and event driven architecture Experience with HIPPA-compliant or other regulated data environments. Stripe, pricing, checkout, subscription flows Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub) Heyflow Golang and Temporal.io Figma Who You Are Learns fast and makes good decisions : Your greatest point of leverage is the quality of your day-to-day decisions. You treat judgment like a muscle: you make calls, test assumptions, watch what actually happens, and update how you think. You anchor on the goal, separate what matters from what doesn't, and find the shortest viable path. You see funnels as systems with inputs, outputs, and constraints, and you look for the bottleneck before optimizing anything else. Works hard and acts like a professional: You approach the work like a professional. You set ambitious goals, hold yourself to exceptional standards, and show up prepared regardless of circumstances. You choose impact and growth over comfort, take pride in the quality of your work, and steadily increase the responsibility you can carry. You expect continuous growth from yourself: you listen hard, ask questions to deepen understanding, look for examples of excellence to model, and get your hands dirty to figure things out. Impacts winning: You care deeply about the team winning and leaving your fingerprints on its success. You own the result, not the tasks assigned. You measure success by outcomes rather than effort, and you can clearly explain how this week's work moved the number. Everyone wants you on their team because everyone performs better when you're around. High integrity: You're someone the rest of the team trusts in any situation. People know you'll tell them the truth, keep your word, and have their back when it matters. In a role that owns the numbers, this isn't optional — everyone downstream is making decisions on data you produced.
