Full-Stack Developer (Backend & Business Systems)

Starting compensation: USD 2,500/month Raicom LLC is a US-based e-commerce company running several consumer brands, shipping thousands of orders a day across multiple warehouses. Our small dev team builds and runs the systems that keep all of that moving: warehouse tools, subscriptions, internal platforms, and the integrations that connect them. This isn't a ticket-closing role. You'll own projects end-to-end, from understanding the business problem to shipping, monitoring, and improving the solution. The work leans backend and systems over frontend. How We Build AI is part of how we build. You'll use AI tools to explore unfamiliar code, investigate problems, develop solutions, and improve your workflow, and you're expected to understand, review, and test everything you ship. Our systems connect subscriptions, orders, inventory, warehouses, and external platforms, so you'll need to understand how data and decisions move across the business, not just how one piece of code works. What You'll Work On Building and improving the internal systems the business runs on Developing tools for warehouse operations and fulfillment workflows Maintaining and expanding our subscription platform Connecting systems through APIs, webhooks, and integrations so data moves reliably between them Automating repetitive or manual processes Owning deployments, pipelines, and production monitoring Taking ownership of existing systems so the team can keep building new ones Who You Are An owner. Writing the code is only part of the job. Shipping it, watching it in production, and fixing it when it breaks are part of it too. Curious and quick to learn. You enjoy working with unfamiliar APIs, systems, and business problems, and you can get productive without someone walking you through it. AI-native, with real fundamentals. You use tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot to move faster and think through problems, and you understand the code you ship. Business-minded. You want to know why something is being built, and you'll speak up when there's a simpler way to solve the problem. A clear async communicator. Most of our work happens in writing, so you explain your thinking clearly without needing a meeting. Coachable. You welcome direct feedback and act on it. Strong fundamentals, sound judgment, and the ability to learn quickly matter more than checking every box. Is This Role Right for You? You'll investigate unfamiliar systems, ask questions about how the business works, and stay involved through deployment and real-world use.
