You will own analytical initiatives, support business decisions and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable datasets, dashboards and reporting solutions. Responsibilities Lead data analysis initiatives, translating business requirements into analytical solutions. Analyze and transform complex datasets, using exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies and opportunities. Design and maintain queries, data models and datasets using cloud tools and big data frameworks. Ensure data quality through validation, monitoring, documentation and dataset labeling. Develop Power BI dashboards, reports and KPIs to support performance monitoring and data storytelling. Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, promoting analytics and data governance best practices. Requirements 8+ years of proven experience in Data Analyst roles. Strong SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with large datasets. Experience with Python for data analysis and preparation, using tools such as Pandas or distributed platforms such as PySpark. Strong experience building and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. Knowledge of data modeling, KPIs, business metrics and applied statistics, including descriptive statistics, trend analysis and hypothesis testing. Experience with large-scale data environments and cloud data warehouses; familiarity with supervised and unsupervised algorithms. Academic background in Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field; fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish. Preferred: Familiarity with Azure or AWS, Git, data pipelines and CI/CD concepts.
