Salesforce Architect

We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to guide the technical roadmap for Salesforce platform solutions that meet business goals. You will work with cross-functional partners to lead scalable delivery, strengthen architecture decisions, and support ongoing improvements. Responsibilities Drive the technical vision for Salesforce implementations, ensuring integration with external systems and strong data quality controls Lead and support developers and technical staff in delivering scalable, high-performing solutions Engage with client managers and development teams to gather requirements and align IT strategy with business objectives Promote adoption of new frameworks, tools, and best practices across technology teams Monitor technology architecture trends and recommend innovations and improvements Mitigate and evaluate technology risks in collaboration with stakeholders to enable informed decisions Run ongoing technical initiatives and translate design concepts into production-ready IT solutions Support continuous delivery of features, enhancements, and optimizations, including maintenance and refactoring Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technology roles Minimum of 3 years in leadership, management, ownership, architect, or coordinator roles At least 2 years of experience leading teams of 20 or more people Participation in at least 5 full-cycle projects or experience launching a product or major product capability to market Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, with thorough understanding of its strengths and constraints Experience with Salesforce Vlocity, Salesforce DEP, Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud on Lightning Experience, and Salesforce core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud) Strong communication skills to collaborate with client managers, development teams, and stakeholders Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and deliver technical projects, ideally in telecommunications or similar industries Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address platform challenges and turn business needs into technical solutions Ability to stay proactive and level-headed under pressure, demonstrating resilience and a constructive attitude Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or above Nice to have Knowledge of additional Salesforce products or industry-specific solutions Salesforce Architecture or related certifications Understanding of agile methodologies and project management tools We offer International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Healthcare benefits Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn EPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
