About the role We are looking for a Senior SDET to build and maintain Web and API automation frameworks from scratch and define the automation strategy within the squads. The mandatory requirements are strong programming skills in Java, 4+ years of experience as an SDET, API automation with REST Assured, frontend automation with Playwright, integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines, and an upper-intermediate English level. Must haves 4+ years of experience as an SDET Engineer. Strong programming skills in Java (a "developer-first" approach to QA). Extensive experience using REST Assured for backend testing. Proven hands-on experience with Playwright. Deep understanding of the "shift-left" approach and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines. Ability to work independently and provide technical direction on quality initiatives. Upper-intermediate English level. Nice to haves Previous experience in the Loyalty or Fintech sectors. Experience with performance or load testing (e.g., JMeter or Gatling). Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and SQL for data validation within test scripts.
