RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.At least 3 years of relevant experience in telecommunications project delivery, engineering implementation, product testing, or network optimization.Hands-on experience with telecommunications equipment testing, commissioning, deployment, and troubleshooting.Good understanding of 4G/5G radio access networks and core network architecture, including key signaling procedures.Experience with network testing and optimization tools, such as Dingli, Spark, or Speedtest.Ability to independently manage technical issues, coordinate project activities, and support customer acceptance.Fluent spoken English for technical discussions, client meetings, and business communication.Strong English writing skills for technical reports, project proposals, business emails, and acceptance documentation.Willingness to undertake long-term business travel and adapt to different working environments.Ability to work under pressure and manage competing technical priorities.
